Mr. John K. Amoh hails from the Central Region of Ghana. A devout Christian and a dedicated student of the Bible, Mr. Amoh’s journey through education and his career reflects his commitment and hard work.
Mr. Amoh began his education at Senya District Council, where he completed his Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE). He then progressed to Senya Senior High School, earning his Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSSCE) in Business Accounting. Following this, he attended Cape Coast Technical University, obtaining a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy. His academic pursuits did not stop there; he furthered his education at the University of Professional Studies, Accra, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
In line with his strong Christian faith, Mr. Amoh holds a Certificate in Theology and Pastoral Care from the Pentecost University College and another Certificate in Theology from Charity African Missions. Additionally, he is a trained druggist.
Mr. Amoh completed his National Service at Suntreso Government Hospital in Kumasi, working in the Accounts Department. He then joined Awutu Emasa Rural Bank as a Credit Officer and Deputy Head of the Microfinance Department. In August 2016, his dedication and hard work were recognized, and he was promoted to Head of the Microfinance Unit. Today, he serves as the Human Resource and Administration Manager at Awutu Emasa Rural Bank, a testament to his continuous professional growth and commitment to excellence.
