Mr Carl Courage Kudayah started as a loan officer at Awutu Emasa Rural Bank , where he
demonstrated exceptional understanding of the financial needs of low-income clients.
Played a key role in increasing the loan portfolio and improving repayment rates through
innovative lending strategies.
Serving as the Head of Microfinance at AERB , leading a dynamic team dedicated to
designing and delivering a wide range of microfinance products.
